At Como Baptist Church, we are committed to being a Safe Church where every person is treated with dignity, care and respect.
We take seriously our responsibility to provide safe environments for children, young people and adults, and to promote a culture where concerns can be raised and responded to appropriately. Our Safe Church practices include clear policies and procedures, appropriate screening and training for those who serve, and processes for reporting and responding to concerns.
Safe Church is part of how we seek to love and care for one another well, creating a community where people can participate, belong and grow in faith with confidence.
